Enjoy a simple yet comfortable new partial container home. Walk to the longest warm water left in the world. You can also walk to town with all of the restaurants and super markets. Relax on the deck with morning coffee while you look at the ocean. Enjoy the rooftop deck for great sunset view. The home is brand new and has ocean view, hot water, and air conditioning. The home is also equipped with full kitchen of everything. Direct message me for Costa Rican Specials. The space Our home, built with containers, is about 1200 sq feet. We have 3 bedrooms. A master with a California king, a room with two twins and a room with two bunk beds. Each room has ac and small shelves for your things. They are small, but comfortable for sleeping! We have two bathrooms with large showers. Please note that no toilet paper is to be flushed, this true for the entire country. There is also two outside water faucets; one for feet and one suitable to stand under for a fresh, cold water rinse. Please use our water sparingly as the town depends on the rains to supply! Our kitchen has settings for 8 and all the helpful appliances like a rice cooker, coffee maker, blender and gas stove top. The property also has another small container home(as seen in photos), this is a single unit that is currently rented out to a local friend. He is often away for work, but when there, he is a great local resource and help! Guest access You will have access to the main house. Other things to note Our home is located on 600 sq meters and directly across from the town’s maritime area. (Preserved jungle with no buildings) We are about 200 meters from the water. From the home you can see the water through a gorgeous meadow that Is often a resting and grazing place for the local, free-range cows and horses. You can walk through the meadow via a worn foot path to have picnic or walk on the beach. This is also the walk we use to get to the point to surf. When the ocean is calm you can take a refreshing swim straight out from the house.
