Sunrise 20 is a spacious three-bedroom penthouse condominium in the heart of Tamarindo, directly across the street from Tamarindo Beach. Restaurants, shops, medical services, and other conveniences are all within walking distance, so a car is not necessary.

The Space

This high-ceiling penthouse offers unobstructed Pacific Ocean views from a private balcony. Recently refurbished, the 1,800-square-foot condominium combines comfort and convenience within the gated Sunrise community.

• Additional balconies overlooking Tamarindo and the mountains beyond

Central air conditioning serves the condominium, with an additional air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom.

Construction is taking place near the condominium and may cause noise at certain times during your stay. Please contact us directly if you would like more information.

For security purposes, the identification of the person who made the reservation must be presented at check-in.
