The Space

This spacious three-bedroom, two-bath penthouse condo offers stunning, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. Located in the Sunrise gated community, the unit features high ceilings and private balconies on every side. The master balcony provides expansive ocean vistas, while other balconies overlook Tamarindo and the surrounding mountains.

The 1,800 square foot condo has been recently renovated to combine luxury and convenience. It includes central air conditioning throughout, plus an additional air conditioning unit in the master bedroom for optimal comfort.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size Tempur-Pedic mattress and a private bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Additionally, the living room includes a sleeper sofa, allowing the home to accommodate up to eight guests.

The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, wood cabinetry, all necessary utensils and cookware, modern appliances, and a washer/dryer.
