This is the second time I have stayed at this property, and when I return to Medellin, I would definitely stay here again. The property is very clean and spacious, everything is as shown in the photos. If you want a property to relax in that is in the city of Medellin and close to everything, this is the one. Communication and directions to get there and to check in are super easy. 100% recommended.

The house itself is beautiful and very spacious. Some Uber drivers had trouble finding the property, but it was not far from the city. We appreciated having so much space. However, our overall experience was significantly affected by the Host's demanding communication style and unexpected post-stay actions. Upon checking out, the Host filed a claim for an excessive cleaning fee based solely on unmade beds, which should be part of a standard linen cleaning process after any reservation. They also claimed minor, questionable damages (a remote control that was already broken and a slight issue with an outdoor plant). While we enjoyed the physical space, guests should be aware that this Host appears to be overly meticulous and highly aggressive in their pursuit of minor or dubious claims after checkout. We left the house tidy and respected the property, but the claims made us feel unwelcome and distrusted. This host's management style made the departure process quite stressful.
