Jungla 3 House is a stunning crystal-cubism inspired home nestled in nature, located just 10 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen and 6 minutes from the beach. Situated in a secure, double-gated community, this property offers a safe and tranquil environment.

The house features a backyard adjacent to the pool and five terraces designed to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Connect with nature and the sacred Mayan land by watching exotic birds, meditating to the sound of fountains, stargazing from a hammock, or relaxing in the large pool surrounded by trees and wildlife. The Space

Jungla 3 is part of an exclusive jungle gated residential area in Playa del Carmen, known for its safety with two security gates, 24/7 surveillance, neighborhood cameras, and three security checkpoints.

The architectural design is inspired by sea containers, with each of the three floors shaped as rectangular prisms resembling stacked containers. Approximately 40% of the house consists of tempered glass, creating the sensation of living inside glass boxes. The staircase, called the "Stairs to Heaven," is a tunnel with 20 steps leading to the second floor and another 20 to the third floor, which houses the master bedroom with the best views. The tunnel connects all floors and ends with a large glass window overlooking a beautiful tree.
