Guest Access
Arrival is easy, comfortable, and secure. The building has 24-hour security, and the security staff will welcome you and assist with access.
From the lobby:
- Take the elevator to the first floor.
- When you exit the elevator, the apartment will be directly to your left.
If you are arriving by car, the parking entrance is located on Hegel Street.
To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, noise is not permitted between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Important Information
- Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced, and dates cannot be changed.
- Mexico City properties generally do not use heating or air conditioning. Please check the weather forecast and pack clothing appropriate for the climate.
- Water cuts have occurred in the area. We will remain attentive in the event of a possible water shortage.
- The parking space accommodates standard cars only; large vans will not fit.
- One towel is provided per person per stay.
- Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located near a laundry.

It needs a bit of maintenance. The place is nice, but there are some details, like the door locks, most of which don't work. We even had to call maintenance because we couldn't open a bathroom. It's still a good place to stay because of its location.

Great space to share with family, friends, or colleagues. It is extremely spacious, the beds are comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable, and it has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable (close to restaurants, bars, shops, etc.). We will definitely return.

The apartment is spacious and worked well for our large group. Here are some things that caused inconvenience but we still enjoyed the space and the location. The kitchen / bathroom supplies were very basic and limited. The oven did not work during our stay so we were unable to have a family meal indoors. The host tried to assist but we were not able to use it during our stay as we were uncomfortable using a lighter as suggested by the host as the ignition was broken. - As mentioned by other reviewers the beds were uncomfortable and hard except for the master bedroom which was okay. Also mentioned by others the showers are outdated , and the hot and cold water dials are noisy and broken. Baths have to be staggered when in a large group as the hot water runs out.
