Bedroom Arrangements

• Master bedroom: king-size bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors opening to the indoor terrace
• Guest bedroom: king-size bed, adjacent full bathroom, and Smart TV
• Second guest bedroom: two full beds, ample closet space, ensuite bathroom, and Smart TV

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, and stove, along with a dining area for comfortable meals. The living room features a pull-out bed, offering additional sleeping space. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also available within the condo.

Location and Guest Access

Guests staying at Quivira enjoy special perks such as discounted access to the Quivira Golf Club, spa treatment discounts, and use of amenities at the Pacifica and Sunset restaurants (subject to availability). These extras aim to enhance your vacation experience.

Other Information

Mavila is a new and developing community. Construction may occur during daytime hours from Monday through Saturday, though most guests find it unobtrusive. This is a smoke-free community; smoking and vaping are prohibited in all common areas. Pets are not allowed.

The community BBQ grill is reserved for owner use only. Unauthorized use will incur a $150 USD penalty. External vendors are not permitted on the property; however, our concierge team can arrange trusted local services.

Monthly reservations require an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month. All guests must provide identification and sign the community rules to gain access.
