The space This Magnificent Property has been recently restored and is located in the heart of Barrio San Diego in the "Old City" in Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). The house has all the comforts of a high profile residence for a high profile guests target. The house is equipped with SONOS wireless sound system, high speed internet on each floor, flatscreen, dvd in each room, piano room, etc etc. The 8 people room summer style-designed dining is next to the American Style kitchen so you can cool off with a drink while taking in some sun at the pool. For this purpose you will find two chairs and a sofa where you can relax and swing. The kitchen has all the equipment necessary for you to prepare your food. The rooms are tastefully decorated and all of them have hot water. The master bedroom has a large bed with fine linens and comforter also features an LCD TV and a closet for clothing stores. On the roof you will find a place to rest. Be ensure that I follow Airbnb's Advanced Cleaning Protocol, which is based on expert recommendations. These are some of the main measures I take when cleaning my space: I disinfect frequent contact surfaces, including doorknobs. I use products and disinfectants approved by international health authorities, and I protect myself while cleaning to avoid cross contamination. I clean all the rooms following the specific task lists for each of them. I provide additional cleaning products in case you need to clean during your stay. This home is so beautifully decorated yet comfortable. The location is perfect, in a quiet street yet accessible to many cute restaurants and stores. As others have mentioned, what really set this place apart was the hospitality we received from señora Alicia and her son Carlos who made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend and come back!

The home was absolutely beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice. Wonderfully appointed and decorated, lovely pool and plant wall in the inner courtyard, air conditioned rooms, and a perfect roof deck. Very high on charm and comfort. Our family felt comfortable and safe at all times and appreciated the support and help from Alicia and her son Carlos. They appreciated our family’s privacy, but were also on-hand to make us traditional Colombian meals and help out with local needs if we asked them to. Our 3 children loved having 3 beds in one room so they could stay together, and also loved the two friendly kitties who live in the home. Lots of great restaurants nearby (plus a market where we could easily stock up on food), and the location just inside the walled city made it easy to walk to all Cartagena has to offer. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Katia’s place. It’s even more beautiful and spacious in person. The place was super clean and we had everything we needed. Our daily breakfast and private dinner were all delicious. I would highly recommend.

My friends and I had the most amazing time at this villa in Cartagena. The location was quiet but still very walkable to all of the things we had planned to do in the city. The house itself was absolutely stunning from the pool to the decorations to the rooftop. The staff at the house were so friendly, helpful and accommodating and the food they made us was fantastic ! Seriously 10/10 - One of the best meals of the entire trip. I couldn’t recommend this airbnb enough ❤️

The house is beautiful, clean and close to so much! All 7 of us had a great time in this home. Carlos & Alicia were so helpful and kind. Alicia’s food was amazing and Carlos was so patient with us not speaking Spanish that well. Overall we enjoyed our stay to the fullest!

An absolutely amazing home! Everything exceeded our expectations. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the pool is perfectly situated in the center of the home, adding a luxurious touch. Initially, I was unsure about the staff staying on the property, but Katia assured me they were wonderful—and she was right. Once we arrived, I didn’t need to contact the host because the staff took care of everything, from transportation to local recommendations. Alicia and her son Carlos were incredible—they made us the most delicious breakfast every morning and were fantastic with our kids. They truly made our trip unforgettable. We will definitely return because of them. Thank you all so much!

I recently stayed in Cartagena and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to Carlos and Yudy. From the moment we arrived, Carlos / Yudy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The house itself was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to major tourist attractions and a variety of excellent restaurants. This house was amazing! Not I only was it beautiful, but it was spotless clean. The people that took care of us were outstanding. Alicia’s cooking is delicious. They were all very kind and made us feel at home. I would stay in this house again.
