Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire three-story villa, including:

Additional Information
The property features two private pools and tropical jungle landscaping. For regular maintenance, the team would like to enter the property each day to water the plants and clean the pools.
The team will gently knock before entering, or a convenient time can be arranged in advance for pool cleaning and plant care.

I had a wonderful stay! The villa was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what I was looking for. Jardar was an excellent host who was responsive, accommodating, and always readily available whenever I needed anything. He went out of his way to accommodate my requests, which elevated the experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The villa was beautiful and so clean! It felt like we were in our own little world/paradise. Jardar provided so much helpful information before the trip and quickly responded throughout it as well to make sure we had everything we needed! 100% would come back :)

Jadar was an excellent host and made our stay a wonderful experience. The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. One of our favorite features was having both the rooftop pool and the pool right outside the living room, which gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy family time throughout our stay. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. Communication was quick and easy whenever we had questions, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Traveling with my family, we felt safe, comfortable, and right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Jadar’s property to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

Jardar was a great helpful and responsive host!!! Recommendations for any and everything which practically gave me an itinerary for my entire stay. The listing was beautiful and just as described but to me the place was better in person. Jadar’s listing was peaceful and private for both pools and we felt very safe and secure like we were home. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Tulum!!! Five stars for sure!
