The Space

Sunrise 43 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom ocean-view condominium in the heart of Tamarindo, directly across the street from Tamarindo Beach. Its central location places restaurants, shops, medical services, and other conveniences within walking distance, so a car is not necessary.

From the private balcony, you can hear the waves and enjoy views of the ocean. The condominium is located within the gated Sunrise community, offering both comfort and convenience.

This 1,200-square-foot condo is tastefully furnished and accommodates up to five guests in beds:

• Master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom
• Second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a twin-size bed, and a private bathroom
• Large living room with television
• Televisions in both bedrooms
• Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout
• All linens provided

The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with:

• Granite countertops
• Wood cabinets

Important Notice

Construction is taking place near the condominium and may cause noise at certain times during your stay. Please contact us directly if you would like more information.

The elevator in Building 3 at Sunrise Condos will be temporarily out of service from approximately September 11 to October 26, 2026, while a new elevator is installed. Work will take place during daytime hours, with efforts made to minimize noise and respect quiet hours.

Check-In Requirement

To maintain the security of all guests, the identification of the person who made the reservation must be presented at check-in.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Dogs are welcome in this unit with prior approval. The following requirements apply:

• A refundable deposit of $500 is required in case of damage.
• An additional $75 cleaning fee applies.
• Pets must complete a pre-approval process.

Puppies and pets other than dogs are not permitted.
