Additional Information
Optional Kitchen Service
Alicia’s optional kitchen service is available for $500 pesos per day. She can assist throughout the day until 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. at the latest, including:
- Preparing breakfast, a midday snack, and lunch
- Setting and clearing the table
- Washing dishes
- Taking out the garbage
- Cooking meals
Mandatory Cleaning Service
A mandatory cleaning service costs $500 pesos and covers the required towels, sheets, and general assistance.
Pool Heating
Heating the pool with the gas boiler requires an additional fee:
- $2,500 pesos for a weekend, covering three days and the house’s check-in and check-out times
- $1,500 pesos for one day
Payment must be deposited into the designated account at least one day before arrival.
The boiler fee covers the gas required to heat the pool, as well as the personnel who maintain it. It does not include the boiler’s electricity consumption.
Security Deposit
A $1,500-peso security deposit must be paid by bank transfer to cover potential damage or breakage involving plates, dishes, glasses, or other items.
If a party is held or visitors arrive who are not staying at the house, the deposit increases to $3,000 pesos.
The $1,500-peso deposit will be returned within 24 hours after departure, minus any applicable deductions. If there is no damage, it will be refunded in full.
Late Check-Out
If no guests are arriving on the day of departure, a late check-out may be available for an additional $500 pesos. This allows Alicia to return the following day to prepare the house, and guests may stay until 5:00 p.m. at the latest.
Pool heating is not included during a late check-out.
Occupancy
The house accommodates up to 15 guests. Additional guests cost $400 pesos per person per day. The maximum occupancy is 18 guests.
Location
The house is located less than five minutes from several marinas and approximately 10 minutes from the Sanctuary.

We loved the stay. The house is very nice, as seen in the photos or even better. It has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, so we were super comfortable. The kitchen is very large, ideal for when many of us were cooking at the same time, and it had the necessary utensils. The hosts were always attentive and responded to messages. Although the pool wasn't very warm, probably because of the rainy weather, it was a pleasant temperature and we enjoyed it very much. Would definitely go back.

It was a pleasant stay. The service from Alicia and Mr. Israel was excellent. They were always attentive and always ready to help. The house is spacious and clean, and the green areas are very well maintained. The pool area is perfect. You can have a barbecue and spend time with the family!! The bedrooms are spacious and beautiful, adapted for the whole family. Overall, a house to rest and spend a pleasant time with family. I recommend it 💯%. Thank you for everything. The house was very clean and cozy, and it had all the amenities listed in the listing. For my family and me, it was ideal for spending the weekend and relaxing. We stocked up the pantry, and Adelaida helped us cook, as the house has everything you need to cook. Mr. Israel is very friendly and was always attentive to our needs. We would definitely come back.

Excellent place to stay for a few days. My family and I felt right at home. Everything was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and above all, the place felt cozy, with plenty of privacy to forget about the noise of Mexico City.
