The Space
Casa Norte is a private villa on the quiet north side of town, featuring a detached guesthouse, private pool, secure parking, and a location less than one block from the beach. The property is within walking distance of town and the beach, with no hills along the way, so a golf cart or rental car is not necessary during your stay.
The open-air villa includes a patio with alfresco dining areas, traditional décor, and a spacious kitchen with concrete counters. Enjoy a barbecue, relax in a hammock, swim in the private pool, or take a short walk to the beach.
Casa Norte includes:
- Three-bedroom, two-bathroom main villa
- Detached one-bedroom, one-bathroom guesthouse
- Private pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a large entry step
- Tropical garden with natural plants, flowers, and banana trees
- Secure parking behind two large gates
- Large outdoor palapa-covered living and dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Fans throughout the outdoor living area
- Four pack-and-plays for infants and toddlers
- Inflatable air mattress
The home does not accommodate more than 10 adults. If your group includes 10 adults and children, please inquire about possible arrangements and additional costs.
Main Villa
The spacious master bedroom is bright and airy, with a door opening directly onto the garden and pool. It features a king-size bed and a large private bathroom with ample storage space.
The two additional bedrooms are traditionally sized and each includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The fourth bedroom in the main house is an office-bedroom flex space with a queen-size Murphy bed.
All bathrooms are spacious and include soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers.
Guesthouse
The separate, second-story guesthouse features large sliding doors overlooking the garden and pool. It includes:
- One full-size bed
- One private bathroom
Kitchen and Dining
The fully stocked kitchen includes the equipment needed to prepare everything from lavish meals to freshly caught fish. A private chef can also be arranged for an additional fee.
The large palapa-covered outdoor living and dining area comfortably accommodates the entire group. Strategically placed fans provide fresh air throughout the day and night.
Location
Casa Norte is located in a quiet neighborhood just north of the left surf break, surrounded by elegant villas and vacation rentals. The beach is less than one block away, and town is also within easy walking distance.
Guest Access
Guests have access to most of the property, except for a locked area used to store the owners’ personal belongings.
Additional Information
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Groups with more than 10 adults are not accommodated. If children bring your total group size above 10 people, please inquire.

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Norte. We loved loved loved the location - super walkable, close to the beach and quiet. The pictures didn’t do the place justice. A perfect house to host a large group - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with a massive outdoor hangout area (which is where we spent most of our time). Frank was incredibly responsive for the few things we needed. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Would come back to stay here next time we’re in Sayulita in a heartbeat!

We loved this house! We have been visiting Sayulita for several years and really enjoyed Casa Norte and the location. Having 4 bedrooms on the first floor in the main house (3 with private bathrooms) and the private 1 bedroom Casita worked so well for our family. The kitchen is well equipped with beautiful dishes and glassware. Drinkable water and ice from the refrigerator, a definite plus. We spent most of our "at home time" outdoors around the pool or the palapa. Both are furnished with really comfortable furniture for lounging. It worked great for a Tequila tasting party. The washer and dryer was also a much appreciated feature. In my opinion, this location is perfect. It is walkable to the beach, so many good and fun restaurants, many shops, and the Friday market. We did have a golf cart but our younger family members walked to the main plaza easily. The property manager and the owners were super responsive and great to work with. Looking forward to returning next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Norte. While staying here we spent most of our time outdoors as you’re in a private little oasis. I thought it was much prettier than pictures. Well stocked kitchen but if you don’t want to cook plenty of restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner nearby. Very responsive host!

Amazing place, only a block from beautiful beach access. Lots of good little restaurants and small grocery stores near by. Very private and peaceful, could hear the bands from nearby bars at night, but that was kind of nice! Lovely pool and outdoor area.

The host was very helpful from time of booking till our stay ended. They have a helpful online package put together for suggestions to book airport cab service (That happens to be right next door), a catering service to the home that was amazing. Shared all details for accessing the house, all the amenities etc. The home was actually nicer than what we saw on line, as it was just renovated. It was gorgeous and perfect for four couples. Nice bright kitchen with windows that open into the outdoor sitting area, All the bedrooms had their own ensuite. The outdoor area had an amazing large area to relax, dine and beautiful pool to enjoy. Storm was a great host and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

We cannot rave enough about our stay at Casa Norte! We have been to Sayulita before but came with a larger group this time. The home has everything, and the location can't be beat! Close enough to town, shops, restaurants, etc to walk but far enough away to be away from the noise. The house was private and felt like a little oasis. We spent most of our time in the amazing pool - perfect temp and the umbrella with table inside the pool is a nice touch! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms (showers specifically) were stunning! So nice to have a washer and dryer, too! The bonus villa bedroom and bathroom were absolutely dreamy! Frank was super responsive and helpful in hooking us up with transportation for travel to and from the airport, as well as golf carts for the week. It's right next door to the golf cart rental and transportation company (who were awesome!) so it made it super accessible and easy to get there and leave. We can't wait to return to this house!
