The property comfortably accommodates two couples or a family with two to three children. Each bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and there is an additional sofa bed in the living room for a fifth guest. Both bedrooms feature spacious closets and dressing tables. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity and a shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation, which can be enjoyed in a beautiful dining area. Transportation options include car rentals, local public transit, and taxis. Public transportation in Manuel Antonio and throughout Costa Rica is known to be reliable, safe, and affordable. Taxi rides from the villa to the beach typically cost around $10 USD, while the bus fare is approximately 60 cents. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to reach the main street.
A shuttle service from and to San Jose Airport can be arranged for $185 at any time. Transportation from other locations within Costa Rica is also available upon request; just provide the pickup location for a personalized quote.
The host lives just five minutes away and is readily available to assist guests with general information, tour bookings, transportation, restaurant reservations, and any other inquiries.

This place is truly magical. I little hidden gem in the jungle. Like others have mentioned, a little tricky to find (up a tall mountain on an incline), but such a private, intimate, and safe spot. Close to literally everything! If you're visiting for wildlife, you're going to find it here! We saw iguanas, parrots, squirrel monkeys, geckos, and much more right from the patio. Squirrel monkeys are native to Manuel Antonio and they are so small and SO CUTE. They would rest on the powerlines right alongside the pool. We could hear howler monkeys every morning in the backyard. The space itself is tiny, but perfect for a family of 4. We actually had 5 and made it work :) The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Having a washer and dryer was amazing after long rainy hikes and beach days. Feeling adventurous? Check out Playa Matcha Beach about 2 minutes away - it is a hike to get there (you literally have to hike - no cars allowed) but such a beautiful, hidden spot.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Katrin nous a fourni d’excellentes recommandations sur les activités et les endroits à découvrir dans la région. En prime, des singes-écureuils sont venus nous rendre visite tout près de la maison, un moment vraiment mémorable ! L’emplacement est idéal, entre Quepos et Manuel Antonio. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation!

At first it was difficult for us to find, mostly because we did not understand the addressing system to the residence. Once we found the house, it was exactly as described and the photos were exactly what the property looks like. A bonus was the washer and dryer in the house. Even though you can, walk to the bus, we would absolutely recommend getting a rental car while staying in the area. Katrin was a fantastic host she brought us a fan when requested because we were not used to the heat and humidity. With her local knowledge, she was a valuable asset in when came to setting up our tour of Manuel Antonio, we got to see sloths, and even set up a massage for my husband. We witnessed spider monkeys in the front yard and even on the roof of the house, it was an unforgettable, swimming in the pool with monkeys in the trees around you. Make sure to wear sunscreen. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft in super Lage. Ruhige Lage nah am Regenwald, der Bewohner gern mal im Garten vorbei schauen. Uneingeschränkte weiterempfehlen!

L’endroit est paradisiaque et très tranquille, on se sent dans la jungle, on entend bien tous les animaux autour de nous. Située à mi-chemin entre Quepos et la plage d’Espadilla, l’endroit est idéal pour profiter de tout ce qui est offert dans le secteur, incluant le parc Manuel Antonio. La maison est parfaite, bien équipée et la piscine privée est vraiment agréable. Hautement recommandé!!
