The Space
This three-story villa in the heart of the Riviera Maya offers four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom and either air conditioning or an air cooler tower, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout the villa.
The spacious living area is ideal for social gatherings and features an eight-person dining table and a large living room with a 65-inch TV. The living room opens onto an open-air terrace and garden equipped with a gas grill, providing beautiful views of the bay while you dine. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry area make meal preparation convenient.
The master bedroom boasts a private ocean-view terrace with a jacuzzi, where you can relax while enjoying the breeze and sunsets.

Location
The villa is just a short walk from Puerto Aventuras Marina, offering dolphin shows, fishing tours, a diving center, restaurants, shops, a golf course, and nightlife options.
Puerto Aventuras is approximately a 50-minute drive from Cancun International Airport (CUN), where bus, taxi, and rental car services are available. Playa del Carmen is 15 minutes away by car, and Tulum is about 30 minutes away. Nearby attractions include cenotes, archaeological sites, adventure parks, and water parks, all within a short drive.
Guest Access
Upon arrival, keys can be collected at the Villas del Mar 1 entrance gate under the reservation name. Guests will be directed to the villa and the reserved parking space located behind the property.
The outdoor pools, private beach, beach chairs, palapas, and garden are all accessible directly from the main house terrace. Tennis and paddle courts can be reserved at no extra cost at the front gate.

- All utilities are included for short-term stays.
- Seasonal rates apply, with special pricing available for long stays of 15 days or more, as well as monthly and yearly rentals.
Please note that the Riviera Maya experiences a seaweed season from April to August, with the heaviest accumulation typically in May and June. The amount of seaweed on the beach and in the water varies daily. Fortunately, the condominium offers a private sandy area free of seaweed for guests to enjoy.
Hurricane season runs from June to November, peaking in September.

La casa es bonita, cómoda y el Residencial es muy tranquilo. La playa está limpia, bonita y tranquila, excelente para familias con niños pequeños. La zona de restaurantes está a 2 mns caminando.

Ana Elena und das Team vor Ort sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie wissen, was guter Service bedeutet. Kurzfristige Anfragen und Probleme werden schnell bearbeitet. Zudem kann man über den lokalen Kontakt verschiedene Angebote (Golfwagen, Trips, etc.) buchen und man erhält auch Tips zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Lage ist optimal zwischen Strand und Marina mit diversen Restaurants. Zudem liegt Puerto Aventuras in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten, Sport-und Freizeitangeboten.
