Each of the five bedrooms includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and stunning views of either the ocean or the beach. The layout also features a formal living and dining room, a cozy sitting area, and an entertainment room equipped with a billiard table and wet bar, perfect for gatherings.

Nearly every room offers breathtaking ocean vistas. Location

Villa Marcella is situated within Pedregal, an exclusive gated community just one mile from downtown Cabo San Lucas. This location offers a secluded beachfront setting while keeping the vibrant town center within easy reach.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire villa except for the owner’s locked area located off the garage.

Policies and Important Information

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Maximum occupancy is seven couples or ten singles.
• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in the gated community may result in fines.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• Pets are prohibited unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor, or bachelorette parties require prior approval and payment of an event fee.
• The total number of guests must match the contracted reservation and all guests’ names must be disclosed.
• A maximum of two children under 12 can be listed in the “Children” field; these first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Guests are responsible for any fines incurred due to noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, or disrespect toward security personnel. Fines can be up to $3,000 without warning.
• A seven-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without prior approval and an additional deposit.
