The Space

This spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is nestled in a forested area while remaining close to town and beaches. Fully furnished, the unit includes a well-equipped kitchen and hot water. High-speed fiber optic internet provides 100 Mbps Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms, complemented by ceiling fans throughout.

The condo is part of an eco-friendly community featuring a large shared pool and BBQ area. Guests can enjoy daily visits from local wildlife such as white-faced and squirrel monkeys, toucans, macaws, sloths, and friendly iguanas.

• Each unit requires climbing a minimum of 10 steps. Please specify preferences for upstairs or downstairs units when booking.
• A short but steep 30-meter hill must be climbed to reach the property, which may be a consideration for guests without a rental car.
• Rates apply to 1-2 guests; an additional fee of $15 per person per night applies for extra guests.
• Damage to the property or its contents during your stay will be charged to you. This may be covered by Airbnb’s AirCover, but guests should be aware of this policy.
• Deep disinfectant cleaning is performed before every check-in. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged once or twice weekly for safety. Staff wear gloves during cleaning, and guests are encouraged to use the pool or hiking trails during this time.
