Casa Villa Real offers spectacular views, welcoming spaces, and comfortable accommodations surrounded by nature. Guests can enjoy outdoor activities and quality time with family and friends in a peaceful, family-oriented setting.

The property is located 15 minutes from Juriquilla, near the exit to San Luis Potosí, and approximately 40 minutes from downtown Querétaro. It accommodates a maximum of 18 guests.

The Space

This charming country house is located in a small, quiet town where nature and scenic views provide a relaxing escape from the stress of the city. The property includes a heated pool and is approximately 45 minutes from downtown Querétaro.

The final 10-minute stretch of the route is on a cobblestone road.

Guests at Casa Villa Real can relax or enjoy a variety of recreational activities, including:

The heated pool is available at no additional cost. Tennis rackets and balls are also provided.

Cleaning Service

• Six-hour service: $700 Mexican pesos per event
• Available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Must be scheduled at least one week in advance
• Does not include kitchen cleaning or dishwashing
• Subject to availability

Chef Services

Option 1

• Duration: 4 hours
• Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Cost: $600 Mexican pesos

Option 2

• Duration: 8 hours
• Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Cost: $900 Mexican pesos

Option 3

• Duration: 12 hours
• Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Cost: $1,200 Mexican pesos

Chef services must be scheduled and confirmed in advance. They do not include housekeeping for common areas or bedrooms, and supplies are not included. Holiday rates may be higher. Services are subject to availability.

Other Services

• Early check-in or late check-out: $500 Mexican pesos per hour, by prior arrangement
• Additional firewood for the campfire: $400 Mexican pesos per load; the first load is complimentary
• Stone oven use: $300 Mexican pesos, including gas or wood
• Campfire use must be requested in advance

Important Information

Casa Villa Real is a country house with a heated pool for a maximum of 18 guests. It is located away from the city and accessed by a secondary road in a safe neighborhood.

Guests are encouraged to arrive during daylight hours so they can identify all the signs along the route. The host provides the location, a support video, and a map to help guests find the property.

Before booking, guests are asked to read all the information about the house and ensure that their profile includes all requested details, including a profile photo showing themselves.

Electricity and Kitchen Equipment

Due to recent issues with the quality and reliability of the electricity supplied by CFE, the microwave is currently unavailable because it does not operate properly. An electric oven is available for guests to use instead. The host is working to resolve the issue and apologizes for any inconvenience.
