Gatherings

While you are here to enjoy Cabo San Lucas, please respect the other tenants and neighbors. This property has a strict “No Party” policy.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the rooms. A minimum penalty fee of $250 will be charged if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

Decoration

If you wish to decorate for special celebrations, please use blue scotch tape that will not damage the walls. Remove all decorations before your departure without damaging the paint. Any damage to the walls will incur a cost of $100 per wall. Inquire about additional decoration services we can offer.

Minimum Age

Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time is at or after 3 PM.
• Check-out time is prior to or at 11 AM.
• Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
