Guests have access to the gardens of both properties, where they can harvest select fruits and vegetables. Additionally, there is access to the beach and a lakeside terrace offering stunning views of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise.

The project is grounded in the principles of the three Rs: Recycle, Reduce, and Reuse. Separate disposal areas are provided for organic and non-organic waste. The gardens are thoughtfully designed to attract a variety of wildlife, including approximately 12 to 15 different bird species, squirrels, iguanas, monkeys, possums, eagles, caracaras, magpies, hummingbirds, and numerous butterfly varieties.
