House Rules and Safety
For everyone’s safety, guests may not enter the engine room or modify the heaters, panels, or other equipment.
Pets are not generally allowed. Exceptions may be discussed if guests agree to care for the house, clean up after their pets, and cover any damage.
Pets must be approved in advance. Any damage caused by a pet must be paid for before departure. The pet policy is accepted at the time of booking.

Additional Information
Restaurants in the Plazuela outside the house play music that may be audible at night. Earplugs are provided for each guest.
The bottom of the pool is not dirty. The paint has begun to peel and will be repaired soon.

Casa Arcángeles far exceeded our expectations. It is a lovely, colonial style house with immaculate, well kept gardens and surroundings. It was like living in a museum with many beautiful works of art and ceramics in every nook and corner. Many thanks to Alicia and Mario for helping to make our stay so enjoyable. They were always available to help with luggage, answer questions and give directional advice as well as to open the door at all hours. They truly added to our satisfaction with our stay. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful house. It’s a 2 minute walk to the Palacio de Cortez and the zócalo and 5 minutes from the cathedral. Thank you all!

The house is very nice, stylish, the garden is very nice. We had a great moment with your family. There were some drawbacks with the hot water because the house uses solar panels and the weather was cloudy and a little cold, the same affection also the temperature of the pool. The sound of the bars is also high but they gave us earplugs. The house is very nice, large, Maria ( Host) responds quickly and always willing to help. The attention in the house was also magnificent with Mrs. Alice.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Casa Archangeles. We went a combination of family and friends. The house, Park and Pool are true gems in the center of Cuernavaca, walking distance to everything that you want to see or do in Cuernavaca. The property is one of a kind, and the staff and the host Maria are all extremely helpful and caring. The music from the surround bars is truly loud on the weekends, so not for light sleepers. But all in all this place is extremely recommendable. We hope to come back soon 😊

The home is much larger than what it appears in the photos. The place is a fortress surrounded by a lush garden an 30 foot walls. The location is perfect. Right in the center of town. We payed a little extra to have cleaning service every day. The support staff Alicia, her husband (Mario) the grounds keeper and son (also Mario) were available for anything we needed. They made the stay an absolute joy. One of the best airbnb experiences I have had to date. I will definitely be back!
