Location and Wildlife

Situated on the edge of Manuel Antonio National Park, the 1.3-acre property is surrounded on two sides by protected jungle. Its close proximity to the park means abundant wildlife, including many exotic bird species that visit daily.

Jungle Glory Homes' Arriba occupies the upper section of the property and features an inviting outdoor area where you can enjoy morning coffee, swim in the pool, and watch nature’s daily show.

Guest Access

Arriba is located near the top of the property, just inside the main gate. Upon arrival, the property manager, Chris, will welcome you. For arrivals outside regular hours, keys are available in a lockbox at the entry gate.

Guests have a designated parking spot directly in front of the house. The home offers easy, stair-free access suitable for those with mobility needs. The zero-entry pool is especially convenient for children and guests requiring accessible features.

Amenities and Maintenance

The property is carefully maintained to ensure a pleasant stay:

• Pool maintenance occurs twice weekly, including water testing and vacuuming.
• Garden care is provided three times a week to keep the grounds tidy.
• Bi-monthly visits include weed trimming, bush pruning, and tree maintenance.
