The Space

Villa María Antonieta is located in Vista Hermosa, the golden zone of Cuernavaca. It features four comfortable rooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a solar-heated pool.

The villa also offers a spacious garden where children and adults can enjoy the pleasant Morelos climate. It is an inviting place to spend memorable time with family and friends.

Location

The villa is very close to the Cuernavaca bike path, where you can exercise safely. City Market is within walking distance for grocery shopping, and the Vista Hermosa church is just around the corner.

House Rules and Important Information

• Please turn down the music after 9:30 p.m.
• If you need help operating any appliance or electrical device in the house, or adjusting the blinds, ask Lorena for assistance.
• Check-in is after 2:00 p.m.
• Check-out is at 1:00 p.m.
• Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is available for an additional fee of $1,000 pesos. This amount must be paid in cash directly to Lorena.
• Please notify us of your late check-out one day in advance, as another booking may be scheduled for the day of your departure.
• Please take care of the furniture, tablecloths, and cushions. Avoid liquid spills, cigarette burns, and the transfer of sunblock or tanning cream onto furniture and fabrics.
• Treat all service personnel with respect.
• Guests must not engage in violent acts that would require police intervention.
• Drug use is strictly prohibited in the house. Anyone found using such substances will be reported to the police.
• Turn off lights, televisions, and fans when the house is unoccupied or when these items are not being used in a room, on the terrace, or by the pool.
• Wash dirty dishes before going to bed.
• The house can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. A maximum of 14 guests is permitted, with an additional charge of $1,000 pesos per extra person, per night. This fee must be paid in cash directly to Lorena.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Daily cleaning service is available for an additional $500 pesos per day, payable in cash directly to Lorena.
• Close the pool cover after use so the pool retains its temperature for the following day. Preferably, two people should roll it up to ensure it is positioned correctly and to avoid forcing the mechanism.
• Lorena will have access to the house to manage the solar panels. She will do so from the back of the house and warehouse without interfering with your privacy.
• Keep the garage entrance door closed for privacy.
• The garage accommodates seven cars.
• The property has security cameras.
• The house has a recording and video surveillance system.
