Fairly clean house and location. Straightforward instructions and rules and regulation. No pots and pans provided for cooking so bringing your own is required, never been at an Airbnb that does not provide pots and pans before so had to run out and purchase. Fridge was not working! Host tried to put the blame on us by saying we left the fridge doors open but somehow already had a cooler with ice ready for us as backup. Brought a lot of food to cook for our stay and luckily we brought one of our own coolers as well, otherwise all of our stuff would have needed to get crammed in his.

Paul's place is beautiful. We loved our stay here. There are some things that have room for improvement. One bedroom that has its own separate apartment, except there was no WIFI or cell service to it. We had a single woman staying there where if she had an emergency, she could not communicate with the rest of us which made her nervous at night. The apartment is nice but the door frame had fist size holes in it with plastic bags stuffed into them. The wind would blow through them with dirt and all. The door lock was also tricky and hard to lock. The house has big beautiful glass doors that open to the view and is the reason I booked the house. They were flimsy and would not close properly. The house was clean but it needed to be refreshed. We didn't make a big deal of it, but hope for the future that a fresh wipe down is done before guests arrive The cristo is a short walk which is also a plus. The staff had great communication with me. Appreciated the security guard nearby.

Paul is a great host. I definitely recommend his house. I have stayed at many houses at San Juan del Sur, this is by far the best place that I stayed at. I plan on staying again in a very near future. Paul you are great host, very friendly and responsive. thanks

The house was perfect! It was a more than we expected! Beautiful decoration and had a lot of amenities! Host was super and the people at the house were extremely friendly! We are definitely coming back soon!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The full appliances made it feel like a home away from home, and the space was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The highlight was definitely the stunning ocean view enjoying sunsets from the property was unforgettable. The pool was also fantastic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A special thank you to Franklin, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and activities, which made our trip even better. His communication was quick, friendly, and thoughtful, and he truly made us feel welcomed. We had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

One of the most beautiful homes and views we have ever experienced! Very responsive and accommodating hosts. We never wanted to leave the property and enjoyed the wide open spaces, lounging in the perfectly situated pool, incredible sunsets and lovely decor. Well appointed with many amenities including, grill, kitchen needs, to pool floats. We would come back and highly recommend the vacation spot!
