Casa Antares

Casa Antares is a guest house in the magical village of Tepoztlán. It can be rented as a retreat for the day or weekend.

The property features four luxurious, cool, and spacious bedrooms with separate entrances. Each room connects to a beautiful rooftop terrace with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and essential cooking utensils.

The Space

All four bedrooms are located on the second floor and include a private bathroom with hot water:

• SOL: One king-size bed.
• LUNA: Two double beds and a private balcony.
• ESTRELLA: One queen-size bed.
• COMETA: One double bed.

Each room has its own entrance and access to the rooftop terrace, which offers beautiful views of the mountains of Tepoztlán.

The ground floor includes a shared living room and kitchen for common use.

Guest Access

Guests may use the shared kitchen, which includes:

• Refrigerator
• Stove
• Microwave oven
• Coffee maker
• Essential cooking utensils

The living room overlooks the front patio, which has parking for six cars. We recommend leaving your car at the property, as tourist traffic can sometimes make the streets congested.

Because the house is close to the town center and main avenues, many destinations are convenient to reach on foot. Along Avenida del Tepozteco, you will find restaurants, food stalls, grocery stores, handicrafts, and accessories.

The center of Tepoztlán is a 10-minute walk away. There, you can visit the main market to purchase food and other necessities.

The entire house has Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities.

House Rules

• Pets are allowed with proper care and cleanliness.
• Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms. Designated smoking areas are available in the room at the front of the house and on the rooftop balcony.
• Parties are permitted until 10:00 p.m. Casa Antares is intended as a peaceful place to rest and enjoy time alone or with family.
• Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 p.m., out of respect for the neighbors.
• Lost keys incur an additional charge.

Additional Information

During your stay, you are welcome to use the common areas freely. Please take care of all property and belongings inside the house. At Casa Antares, we consider guests part of the family, so we ask that you treat the house as if it were your own.
