Just below the house, there is an outdoor tropical dining area—an enchanting spot for dinner, drinks, and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the sounds of various birds and the occasional howler monkey.

The property includes an impressive infinity pool that boasts some of the best views in town.

Location

The casa is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Its prime position offers stunning vistas of San Juan del Sur and the natural surroundings.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to all the amenities within the house, including the infinity pool and a private stone deck with an outdoor dining area.

Privacy and Pool Details

The home is very private. Although the infinity pool is shared, it is only with the adjacent house and is rarely used by others simultaneously. Due to the terraced layout and the neighboring house being situated below, guests in either house cannot see into each other's spaces.

The pool is positioned behind the neighboring house but next to Casa Colina. While guests in the other house cannot see the pool, there is a clear view of it from the master bedroom and front veranda of Casa Colina.

Additional Information

• The property includes 30 kWh of energy daily, sufficient for air conditioning at night and fans during the day. Additional usage incurs an extra fee.
• There are some inclined pathways on the property; guests with mobility challenges should exercise caution.
• The house has a solar backup system to ensure continuous power supply.
• Staff is kept to a minimum, all wear masks and gloves, and are thoroughly trained in COVID-19 safety protocols.
• The house is fully sanitized after each stay with strict attention to guest health and safety.
• Payment is processed exclusively through Airbnb for guest protection. The host will never request payment outside the platform (e.g., bank transfers).
