Great location! Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Inside room was rather dark for my taste. Room with balcony was spacious and well lit. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Getting in was rather difficult because it took a while for someone to answer the doorbell. In addition, I did reach out to Fernanda once and never received a response.

A beautiful historic building with an awesome elevator. Unfortunately it was marketed as AC in all units but one did not have AC. Also as great as the location was it is very close to the zocalo and no Ubers or taxis can get close to the entrance most times

Absolutely loved the rooms. Was a great place to stay. The laundry service was a nice added bonus of which we were much appreciative. Location is outstanding considering it is near many great historical places. If I am in Mexico City ever again, this would be the place that I would stay.

Fernanda was the absolute best host on my family trip to CDMX during the World Cup. She promptly messaged me with amenities we could have taken advantage of and offered to arrange transportation to and from the airport. The suites were exactly as pictured and the entire building was beautifully historic. We were a group of 7 and we had an easy time coming/going to the building. We were able to store our luggage twice while our suites were prepared and after checking out. I couldn’t have been happier to have chosen this host/location. If you’re worried about anything, know that Fernanda and her team will make sure you’re taken of!

a great overall experience! Shout out to the super helpful and attentive staff that gave us a tour of the beautifully restored historical building and helped us get settled in to our suites. We enjoyed being in the middle of all the action and would stay here again.

Staff was overall the winners here they were always so attentive and responsive. Location was prime but honestly getting there with all the traffic sucked bc Ubers had to drop us off two blocks away bc government had it shut down and with two small children not ideal. However that isn’t the Airbnb fault but want to make it transparent for people with little ones bc we were towing with luggages. AC only in one suite but my in-laws are older and get cold easier so they didn’t complain once. The place was beautiful with all the amenities. If my kids could tow their own luggage would be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sauto. The location is excellent—right behind the Cathedral and in the heart of the Historic Center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. We experienced an issue with the water heater during our stay, but it was resolved immediately. The staff was very attentive, responsive, and kind throughout our visit.

A place with a lot of history; given its age, it is very well preserved, with a lot of renovations; everything is super clean; good ongoing maintenance. It's superbly located, close to the Zócalo and many museums, and super close to places to eat and nightlife. As for the service, it was more than adequate—always attentive. One day, it rained and we got wet, and that day, they did our laundry at no cost. Upon arrival, they gave us a tour of the property, told us a lot about its history, and about everything it has to offer. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you very much for everything!
