Overview

Casa 11Sea combines comfort, luxury, and personalized service with resort-style amenities, including:

• Two oceanfront infinity pools

The condo is just steps from pristine beaches and within a short walk or taxi ride of downtown.

Book a minimum five-day stay from April through September 2026 and receive one complimentary one-hour relaxing massage at Indah’s on-site spa.

The Space

Located on Vallarta’s south shore, the condo offers the flexibility to enjoy everything at Indah or explore the surrounding area. Spend the day at the beach, go shopping, or discover Vallarta’s many outstanding restaurants.

Our concierge service can assist with:

• Grocery delivery
• Boat and fishing tours
• In-unit massages
• Activity bookings

The spacious condo features an inviting open-concept living area. Sliding patio doors open onto an oversized terrace with panoramic views of the beaches below.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and kitchenware for preparing meals. A bar area includes a wine refrigerator and an ice maker for keeping wine chilled and preparing cocktails.

The open living area also includes:

• A dining table seating six guests
• A comfortable, generously sized sectional
• A large television
• American, Canadian, and Mexican television channels
• Fast Wi-Fi for convenient streaming

Each of the three bedrooms includes:

• A comfortable king-size bed
• A spa-inspired private bathroom
• Luxury linens
• Blackout blinds for restful sleep

Beach chairs and coolers are provided for your days by the water.

For stays of one week or longer, midweek maid service is available to help keep the condo clean and comfortable.

An in-unit steam washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with laundry detergent.

Guest Access

After being welcomed by our concierge team and receiving a personal tour, guests have private access to the entire three-bedroom condo through a secure coded entry system. No physical keys are required.

Guests also have full access to all amenities at Indah by Sayan. The resort fee is included.

Building Access and Security

The building provides controlled entry, twenty-four-hour security, and professional on-site staff. All guests must check in with security upon arrival.

Elevators and common areas are accessible only to registered guests and residents, creating a secure and well-managed environment throughout your stay.

The concierge team can help you settle in and arrange services during your vacation, including:

• Restaurant reservations
• Airport transfers
• In-suite spa services
• Spa appointments

Spa

Massage and spa treatments are available at the on-site spa or in the privacy of your condo.

Dining Options

• Third-floor bar: Opens at 2:00 PM; dinner service from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• Rooftop terrace restaurant and bar: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• Room service: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Pools and Hot Tubs

• Third-floor oceanfront infinity pool and hot tub: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Rooftop oceanfront infinity pool: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM
• Rooftop hot tub: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM

Fitness Center

The fully equipped ocean-view gym is open 24 hours a day. A steam room is also available, and reservations are not required.

Parking

One designated parking space is available in the secure underground garage. Advance notice is required.

Beach Access

To reach the beach, take the street directly outside the building and walk approximately 200 feet downhill. Beaches extend in both directions.

A short walk to the left along the beach leads to a charming beach bar serving traditional cocktails, cold beer, and fresh ceviche. Enjoy a seat at the bar or relax in a beach chair with your feet in the sand.

House Rules

To help ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone:

• Speakers and flotation devices are not permitted in pool areas.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 11:00 PM.
• Music is not permitted on the balcony at any time.
• Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building, including balconies.
• Parties and events are not permitted.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

Complimentary Massage

Book a minimum five-day luxury stay at Casa 11Sea and receive one complimentary one-hour relaxing massage. We will arrange the massage at your convenience during your stay at Indah’s on-site spa.

The concierge team is also happy to provide recommendations or arrange activities. The friendly front desk staff can assist with directions, taxi orders, and other local needs.
