Casa Icaco combines coastal nature with refined comfort. Each king bedroom includes air conditioning and a private bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat by the sea. The rooftop terrace looks out across the ocean, palm trees, and Oaxacan mountains, while the spacious poolside palapa provides a relaxing setting for quiet afternoons, outdoor grilling, or enjoying the breeze.

The Space

The bright, spacious rooms feature:

The sound of the waves creates a calm rhythm throughout the day. Upstairs, the rooftop terrace offers an elegant gathering area with:

• A palapa-covered social space
• An outdoor kitchen
• Panoramic views of the ocean, palm trees, and Oaxacan mountains

A broad area of native vegetation stretches in front of the house, forming a natural transition to the beach. Birds, iguanas, and other local wildlife may occasionally pass through.

At the edge of the sand, the pool and palapa provide a comfortable place to unwind in the warm sea breeze. Just beyond them is a pristine beach with powerful waves, offering an untouched setting shaped by nature and tranquility.

Guest Access

The villa is approximately 15 minutes by car from La Punta Zicatela. The final stretch from Highway 200 includes about 5 minutes on a dirt road and is accessible to all types of vehicles, including:

• Taxis
• Motorcycles
• Compact cars

The two ground-floor rooms have direct, step-free access. The other two rooms are located on the first floor, while the main rooftop terrace is on the second level.

A short 50–60-meter path leads from the villa to the relaxation area beside the beach, where you’ll find:

• The pool
• The palapa
• The chill-out space

Other Things to Note

Enter the ocean with caution, as strong currents may be present in the area.

Because the villa is located in a completely natural environment, encounters with local wildlife are possible. Most animals are harmless, but guests should remain aware of their surroundings and report any unusual situation.

Insect repellent is also recommended, especially around sunset.
