Magnificent Villa

Incredible house that fit a large group of 15 (3 infants). The kids loved the rooftop pool and the location was ideal for walking to the beach and to the shared pool, which felt private as we were the only ones there. The place was very clean and well taken care of. All the rooms had air conditioner, comfortable beds, generous closet space, and large bathrooms. The hosts were accommodating (provided two cribs) and responsive (solved issues within the hour). The gated community is very strict about guests, so it is important that approved guests (not in the reservation) are given a QR code by the host so the front gate allows them in. We recommend you stop by the aviary within the gated community to see all types of birds, including Macaws and Flamingos!

We absolutely loved our stay at Emilith’s place in Playacar! The neighborhood is so lovely and extremely safe, and it’s to catch a short taxi ride to Playa del Carmen. Emilith was super responsive when we had trouble with the access code pin pad. There was a problem with the living room AC, and Emilith sent for her team to resolve the issue and we were plenty comfortable. Super comfortable for our group of 11 for a bachelorette trip. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and wonderfully kept. I couldn’t recommend staying here more! I hope to get the opportunity to stay here again! My family and I really enjoyed this place. The house was super spacious and great for our large group. Bedrooms: The rooms were pretty spacious and had lots of storage. Beds were firm and everyone liked them. No tub only showers Kitchen/Living Room: Huge open concept, perfect for hanging out and cooking. Only thing we didn’t love is the kitchen was super limited on cooking tools and supplies. Also, could’ve used more tea towels. Outdoor Area: The houses are quite close to each other so be prepared to see your neighbours when out. There isn’t a BBQ either which we would’ve liked. There is a roof top kitchen that used charcoal so we did use that a few nights. Rooftop Pool: it’s small and cold in the afternoon due to limited sun exposure but we still did use it and the kids were happy. Location: it was a little tricky getting in initially but once we got it in, it was easy. So close to the beach. Not great for ppl w/ mobility issues. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We booked the villa for a few days in January. Extremely safe area. Equipped from A to Z. Only 2 minutes from an extraordinary private beach. The team answered all our questions in minutes. Very satisfied.

I stayed at Emilith's place from December 12-14 with my wife, in-laws, and two daughters (3 and 6). The place was excellent. It is very modern and spacious, with the photos being accurate. It had all the amenities we needed, such as kitchen appliances, beach towels, and even kids' toys. Playacar felt very secure, and the place is a 10-15 minute walk from a little plaza with a pharmacy, coffee shop, and a little taco restaurant and bar with a great craft beer selection! The private path from the house to the beach is handy and gets you on a quiet swimmable section of the beach within 5 minutes. The small pool on the roof was perfect for our young daughters to play in. Emilith and her co-hosts were helpful, and accommodated our request for luggage storage until our airport transport arrived. They were also responsive in giving us updates about the periodic neighbourhood water shutoff, which was the only downside of our visit, but was not an issue under their control!

I hosted my bachelorette party weekend at Louisa's and it was excellent! Loved the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms so all of us could spread out. We're in our 30s and wanted a little space from the party of the city and amenities for everyone. Easy walk into town for those who wanted to, and vans to pick us up for activities had no issue finding the place when we sent GPS pin. Would highly recommend!

We booked this home for close family and friends to stay for my Wife and I's wedding. From the moment we opened the door and entered we were stunned by the size and luxury of the home. The master bedroom especially was out of this world and a perfect honeymoon suite for our stay. Lots and lots of dishes, plates, cups and everything needed for a large party of people. The only downside was the water pressure being quite low. It was manageable.

Excellent stay
