The Space
Welcome to our two-story villa located in San Juan del Sur, designed to combine comfort and luxury. Ideal for families or groups, this villa is situated within the exclusive Villas de Palermo community. Guests can enjoy access to an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as a refreshing pool area.
The second floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. A private balcony offers a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in tranquil views. This level also includes a full bathroom for convenience.
On the main floor, you'll find a spacious living room with reclining sofas, perfect for relaxing while watching TV or hosting a game night. The fully equipped kitchen contains all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meals.
The lower level includes another bedroom with two queen beds, ample closet space, and its own television for private entertainment. Step outside onto the terrace to enjoy a barbecue or unwind on the bench while admiring the stunning views of San Juan del Sur.

Our villa is nestled in Villas de Palermo, a quiet neighborhood with clean, safe streets ideal for relaxing walks or refreshing jogs. It is just a 7-minute drive from the lively center of San Juan del Sur, providing the perfect mix of tranquility and proximity to local shops and beaches.

- Electricity usage includes a daily allowance of 30 kWh. Any consumption beyond this will be charged at $0.50 per kWh. Meter readings are shared with guests for transparency.
- For stays longer than one month, electricity and weekly cleaning services are included.

Lovely place with great sea views in a safe and friendly community. Ideal location minutes from the town and easy access to the amazing new coastal highway. The resort pool is ideal for a cooling dip and a drink after making the most of the local beaches. Would certainly stay here again on future trips to San Juan.

A super nice apartment, comfortable, clean and just like the description provided. A super attentive host with a quick response. A couple of things that need maintenance, but nothing that causes any inconvenience. Keep in mind that in San Juan, the power usually goes out, and it would be good to have candles available. It's definitely a place we'd go back to.

Everything was perfect, the host was very flexible and responsible in responding to all concerns in a timely manner, the place was highly recommended and very pleasant, private and with excellent views of all of San Juan del Sur. I would recommend it to all my friends. 🌊🦥

A beautiful place! It feels like it's far from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but it's actually 5 minutes away! I loved this place! You have extremely beautiful views, from your window you can see the sunset and the Christ! It's also luxurious! In my country, a place like this to stay would be priceless! The house was perfect, it had different spaces for one to be comfortable! I highly recommend this place 💖
