Everything was excellent—the lagoon, the cabin, the service—highly recommended.

The cabin is simple, but it has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It's right in front of the Milagros lagoon. It has A/C, hot water and internet, plus a kitchen in the common area and a barbecue a few meters away. Paddle boarding in the lagoon is recommended, and it's complementary! Location is excellent: just 5 blocks from the highway, 15 minutes by car from Chetumal and 20 from Bacalar, which allows you to explore the surroundings easily. Gerard was the best host. We planned the trip a few hours in advance and the reservation was confirmed immediately. We traveled with our dog and it was a great touch to find a plate and disposable bags for him. In addition, due to a cold front, Gerard was kind enough to provide us with additional blankets. He shared excellent recommendations for restaurants and unmissable activities that we were able to enjoy with our Yorkie, which made this impromptu trip one of the best getaways! Highly recommended

Host was responsive and helpful. He brought water and cookies for our children.We had difficulties with internet but the host was able to add an additional modem. There was a restaurant we walked to along the lagoon, best fish we had in weeks. The host also shared local recommendations for things to do and food.

Gérard's accommodation was very nice! Although the bungalows are in the countryside, there were no cockroaches! Gérard was also always available and helped us with any problems! Thank you so much!
