The Space

Iguana Beach House is one of the rare beachfront homes with a swimming pool available for vacation rental in this area. It is located on what is arguably Nicaragua's most beautiful stretch of sand, perfectly positioned between two premier surf breaks. The house underwent a complete renovation in 2021.

This contemporary colonial-style home features:

• 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
• Accommodates up to 10 guests
• Air conditioning throughout the entire house
• Wi-Fi and smart TV
• Propane BBQ grill
• Backup generator
• Housekeeping service, including laundry (washer and dryer access is exclusive to staff)

The bedrooms are spacious and offer expansive ocean views. Each room has sliding doors that open onto decks, a veranda, and the sea beyond. The layout includes one bedroom on the first floor and three on the second floor.

Bed configurations are as follows:

• First-floor bedroom and primary upstairs bedroom: king beds that can be separated into two twins upon request
• Second upstairs bedroom: two twin beds that can be combined into a king bed upon request
• Third upstairs bedroom: two queen beds

Please note that the base rate covers up to 4 guests. There is an additional charge of $50 per night for each extra guest, with a maximum occupancy of 10 people.

The property is approximately a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and about 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica.

Most major car rental agencies operate at Managua airport, and reservations are recommended in advance. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is only necessary if planning to visit beaches further south, such as the San Juan del Sur area.

For those who prefer not to rent a car, airport transfers and daily sightseeing or surf trips can be arranged. Motorcycle and scooter rentals are also available. Additionally, vehicle and boat transportation to other surf breaks can be organized.
