My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our time in the apartment. All the furnishings and appliances felt premium and complete making it comfortable for a long stay. Bennie and Mario were excellent hosts and remained available for any of our needs. The apartment is conveniently located on the first floor near the main entrance which surprisingly offers more privacy than most of the other units in this building because of the garden outside. Our only gripes were outside the Hosts control but worth mentioning. The first is that this apartment can get a lot of critters during the warmer months, so be sure to keep the doors and windows closed. Second, which I don't understand how the residents of this building aren't protesting this, but the only trash can on the entire site is at the opposite end of the property, 4 buildings over, which is about a 10 minute walk there and back - major design flaw by the developer and crazy to me that the residents have done anything.

Quiet, clean and close to grocery store and Costco. The pools were great. Highly recommend this unit.

The place was nice as it was on the pictures. It stated we had a dish washer and an oven which it did not. Bennie's response was, it was a mistake in the up load of the description of the add. So without those amenities we asked for a BBQ. That was a struggle then finally they came up with one. The beds are horrible and should be replace. Hard as a rock like sleeping on a box spring. the pillows were chunks of foam but they did allow us to get new ones. We really appreciated the BBQ and New pillows but should have to complain so much that you finally get a BBQ. We would not stay at this unit again which was 1102A. No view at all really. Be careful and ask to make all amenities listed are in the unit. We spoke to another one of Bennie's Clients stay in another unit that were lead to believe they had a one bedroom unit to find out it was a just a a bachelor suit almost like a hotel room. No table inside, no hot water in the kitchen. Unhappy. Will never book through Bennie agai

Overall, we had a good stay, and the location is a big plus—close to Costco and a supermarket. The unit was mostly as described and worked well for our trip. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, with helpful appliances (blender, toaster, microwave). A few notes for future guests: there was no dishwasher even though the listing indicated there would be one. Concierge communication was somewhat slow. Late checkout wasn’t available due to a stated upcoming booking, though the calendar appeared open when I checked. Lastly, note that the garbage disposal/trash area is at the end of the complex and was about a 4–5 minute round trip from the unit.

excelente me gustó bastante, mejor de lo que esperaba, Bennie y David, excelentes anfitriones una atencion super personalizada limpieza del departamento excelente todo muy muy bonito y hospitalario, todo funcionaba en perfectas condiciones
