Overview

Pay for a two-bedroom condo and receive the third bedroom/bunk room at no additional charge.

This oceanfront condo includes:

• Two oceanfront bedrooms with king-size beds
• A bonus third bedroom/bunk room
• Two full bathrooms
• Accommodations for up to six guests at the two-bedroom rate
• Space for a seventh guest for an additional fee of $35 per night

The Space

Welcome to Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort Cristal 1103 in Puerto Peñasco, also known as Rocky Point, Mexico.

Both bedrooms face the ocean and offer impressive views of the Sea of Cortez. The living room and kitchen also overlook the sea. Each bedroom opens directly onto the large, covered oceanfront balcony, which is also accessible from the living room.

All bedrooms and the living room feature wall-mounted flat-screen smart televisions. The bunk room also includes a flat-screen smart television.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• Two king-size beds with new memory foam mattresses
• A living room sofa sleeper with a thick memory foam mattress
• Full-size bunk beds, not twin-size, with memory foam mattresses

Location

Cristal 1103 is located in Building E, the closest building to the ocean and the newest, most sought-after building in Phase 1. The condo is just steps from the sand and sea.

The building’s position provides afternoon shade on the balcony. The condo is also conveniently located near the elevator.

The bunk room closet and laundry room cabinets are the only locked areas.

Important Information

Check-in may be delayed, and a 4:00 p.m. check-in cannot be guaranteed.

The resort cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out. Early or late arrival and departure requests are not accepted. Fees apply if you arrive early or depart late:

• $150 for the first hour early or late
• $75 for each additional hour early or late
• One night’s fee for check-in before 11:30 a.m.
• One night’s fee for check-out at 3:00 p.m. or later

Las Palomas performs remodeling and maintenance projects throughout the year to maintain the resort. Construction noise and limited access to certain amenities may occur from time to time.

Mexico is experiencing a water shortage, and water use may occasionally be restricted. Please bring bottled water for drinking and cooking.
