Excellent place. Haniel upgraded us to a suite with a pool, and we had a much better time. It had everything I was looking for and more, so the place was great, and I would definitely come back another time.

This is a fully outdoor living area, kitchen and pool. Really amazing views day and night. There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms. One has the largest master bath. I found all 3 bedrooms to be ice cold. We had a private chef daily who arrived and breakfast ready for us each day. The food was delicious and so nice on the space overlooking the ocean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were good. That was much appreciated.

Excellent host, accommodating and friendly all around great experience. The condo was clean and the private chef Jesus is amazing. I will be recommending this unit and Puerto Vallarta to friends and family and will definitely come back!!!

Beautiful accommodations! The staff was incredible and Haniel, the host, was always available to answer questions, he checked on us, and we were very lucky to have an upgraded suite prior to arrival. Vallarta Shores is one of the best places to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

An awesome place, beachfront with a very nice view, we loved listening to the pots every day. The chef Ramón was super friendly, he made delicious food, and he helped us feel calmer when there were disruptions throughout the city. I highly recommend it!

Great location with views of the beach and ocean. Pool heating is extra but definitely worth it! Chef was flexible with times and menus. Some of the furniture showed some wear but overall well kept.
