The Space

The villa includes three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Every bedroom features:

At the heart of the villa, soaring brick arches frame a travertine courtyard with a large private pool. Next to the pool, an outdoor shower is nestled among the lush palm gardens.

Adjacent to the pool area, an open-air portico houses a sculptural concrete bar with seating for six—ideal for cocktails and poolside dinners under the moonlight.

Culinary enthusiasts will enjoy the large kitchen, which boasts natural custom cabinetry, polished concrete countertops, and a substantial wooden dining table seating eight.

A handcrafted steel and cedar staircase leads to the upper level, where the three private guest suites are located. This floor also features a spacious terrace overlooking the city and a fitness area equipped with TRX bands, kettlebells, and yoga gear.
