The amenities and some of the services at the property need to be improved to justify the price I was charged (sheets, furniture, assistance service upon arrival (luggage transport, etc.)).

Wow! The views from this place are simply incredible! Being surrounded by such majestic beauty and soaking in the peaceful surroundings was an amazing experience. The charming cabin was fully equipped with all the essentials we needed. We even loved the squeak of the upstairs wooden floor boards, which added to its charm. (LOL! However, we had to be a bit mindful of our footsteps during sleeping hours as we had a few light sleepers in our group.) When we were selecting our location, we read some negative comments about the long walk to get there. I can see how the lava rock pathway might be a bit challenging for someone with a handicap, but the staff kindly helped us with our luggage. We all felt that it was not a big issue and was expected for a location like this. And we were totally rewarded when we stepped onto the property! There were many outdoor sitting areas that were just perfect for personal reflection or family gatherings. We loved every moment of our stay.

The place is nice and comfortable, and the view is beautiful. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, it's ideal. You need to bring everything you need, and then you'll be all set. They even have a selection of movies to keep you entertained. However, if you want to explore the area around Lake Atitlán and its various villages, the location is remote and does not have access to public docks, so you should consider spending money on private boats to be able to go on tours.

The location and the view are very nice and unique, the garden was very well cared for and arranged, it is a very quiet, clean and pleasant option to share with family and friends.

The house is perfect for relaxing holidays, with astonishing views! We liked that each bedroom had its bathroom and plenty of space in general to enjoy the outdoors. The house also has its private deck to go in the water or take a boat to visit the other shores. The host, Maria Jose was friendly and very responsive and provided clear instructions. The family who takes care of the house was adorable, and always available to help us. We 100% recommend this place !!

This is by far one of most beautiful places to stay at Lake Atitlan, from the amazing house to the views of the lakes are stunning. I will love to stay in this place again. Thank you to Maria Jose for allowing me to stay.
