Gorgeous 3 BR Villa Armonia Ocean View, Pool/Spa

Had a great time relaxing and enjoying the pool and spa great views and comfy air conditioning in house

We had a lovely vacation here. We came during spring break, but we didn't want the crowds and noise, and this villa was perfect for that. It's located up on a hill so you have a beautiful view of the ocean and resorts, while all the shopping and restaurants and grocery stores are a 5 minute Uber ride away. Mornings were drinking coffee on the patio while listening to the birds and geckos, afternoons in the pool or ocean, evenings exploring the town. San Jose del Cabo is a charming town. We visited Cabo San Lucas one afternoon to see what it was like, and we're very glad we didn't stay there. Definitely recommend planning your trip around the Thursday evening outdoor art market if possible, that was the highlight of our stay.

The house is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos on the site. The kitchen in particular is very well stocked so it's easy to cook. The outdoor areas are plentiful and quiet, and the private pool is a great addition. The area felt really safe. The house is not really walkable to downtown San Jose or the beaches -- however, Ubers are plentiful and inexpensive. We rented a car but wish we hadn't -- driving in the area is not easy and we would have saved money and stress by just using Uber. Stock up on groceries so you don't have to visit the grocery too often. Alfredo was very responsive and helpful.

The villa was well appointed and had everything we might need. The kitchen was well supplied with numerous small appliance and an abundance of plates, cutlery & pans. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Jose and for the very few needs we had was resolved quickly. Enjoyed our stay. One comment if you can’t do stairs and hills maybe this isn’t for you.

We had a great stay at Bennie's house. The property is a beautiful as the pictures look, internet and appliances all worked great, and communication could not have been better--from the time we booked until the time we checked out, Bennie and team were responsive and helpful. Views are spectacular, and the pool was great.

We had a great stay at the property. I especially appreciated Alfredos assistance with coordinating transportation and his flexibility. I had left a valuable item at the end of our stay and he brought it to the hotel we had moved on to. He service was above and beyond. The property was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. The location was very convenient. Less than two miles to the art walk on Thursdays. I would highly recommend a stay here.
