The Space

The 135-square-meter apartment is spacious, well ventilated, and features very high ceilings.

Although it is formally listed as having two bedrooms, one bedroom includes two separate areas connected by a second level with a double sofa bed for two people. The apartment accommodates up to six guests.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the building’s rooftop terrace from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The terrace includes:

The building’s laundry area is located in the basement. Use of this facility incurs an additional fee, which can be confirmed with the administration.

The apartment is intended for six guests. In specific cases, a seventh guest may be permitted if that person is a child under five years old.

Registration and Check-In

Only previously registered guests may enter the building. Before arrival, you must send identification documents for every member of your group so the mandatory registration can be completed and an entry authorization letter issued.

Upon arrival, present your documents at reception for identity verification. The reception staff will then provide the apartment keys.

Guests traveling with minors must present the children’s civil registration documents and the required legal documentation confirming that they are traveling with their parents or an authorized responsible adult.

Housekeeping Service

During your stay, a housekeeper will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. She will keep the apartment clean and can also prepare meals.

You may coordinate the menu with her and ask for assistance with grocery shopping by providing the shopping money and the corresponding taxi fare for her return with the purchases.

Her daily rate for 2025 is 85,000 Colombian pesos, payable directly to her. Tips are welcome at your discretion.

In Colombia, it is customary for the housekeeper to eat the same lunch she prepares for the guests.
