- Washer and dryer tokens available for purchase at the grocery store
You can access the apartment and common areas, including the pool, beach, and restaurant, by stairs or elevator. The apartment is located one floor below the building entrance, next to the elevators, providing convenient access.

The room was great. perfect location as it was easy access to the pool and beach. Having our own area with a dipping pool was perfect for our family . The rooms were clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area seems quieter than the main hotel zone area which was nice and the hotel restaurant also had good food. Miguel was very responsive and communicated well with clear instructions Would highly recommend this place to anyone and if we come back to Cancun I would definitely stay again

I believe Miguel is a third-party representative for this establishment. Initially, Miguel was highly responsive to my messages; however, communication ceased after I reported several issues. Subsequently, I began receiving messages from another individual, whom I presume to be the owner. This trip was planned for my stepdaughter's 21st birthday. Unfortunately, I had critical meetings scheduled with organizations I represent. Upon our arrival, I opened the curtains, and a significant amount of white dust soiled my professional attire. I reported this incident, but no resolution was offered, with humidity cited as the cause. However, humidity does not typically generate such a substantial amount of dust, leading me to suspect ongoing construction within the premises. The air conditioning unit ceased functioning, resulting in extreme humidity that caused the floors to become slippery and hazardous. Furthermore, the shower curtain was heavily contaminated with mold. I DON'T RECOMMEND!

The place, the view is incredible. We just had a few days when they were doing maintenance on the building, and it was a bit annoying for us to relax. Also, I would recommend some improvements to the mattresses; they didn't meet my expectations.

Miguel and Carmen were fantastic and responsive. It was great having an on site presence. I wish the apartment was decorated like in the pictures, however the view was breathtaking, absolutely like in the pictures. This amazing location deserves more inside upgrades from the owner. Luckily his representatives made up for it with their kindness and attention.

We had an amazing experience at Miguel’s apartment. The view of the ocean and beach is fantastic, they’re just a 2-minute walk from the bed, and you can even take a swim in the pool on your way there. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, even being proactive. It was perfect!

It seems to me that it is a very nice place, ideal for everyone even when you travel with someone who cannot climb stairs, the place is very accessible and less than 30 meters from the pool, it is the best location. The terrace is for spending beautiful afternoons watching the sunrise or the turquoise color of the sea.

Miguel’s place is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The soaking tub overlooking the ocean is the perfect way to start each day. The views are incredible, you’re 20 seconds to the pool and 30 seconds to the beach. The condo is at the southern end of the Hotel Zone, so it is definitely quieter than the party area, which was ideal for us. If you’re looking for brand new, top of the line finishes, this may not be the place for you. But the location more than makes up for that. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in a safe location. I recommend renting a car if you’re trying to explore cancun more, although there are frequent buses right out front to take you around. 5 stars, can’t wait to visit again. Thanks Miguel!
