This place is beautiful, spotless and comfortable. It’s not the most convenient and took us a while to figure out how to navigate without a car. You need to check in at the community office to get a folio number. You need that to book the community transportation and for the 20% off at Pueblo Bonita Sunset. Pueblo Bonita Sunset is an amazing resort, it’s an easy 5-10 minute ride in the community transportation. The pools were stunning, the food at The Market was varied and amazing, and it’s just a very nice vibe. To get an Uber the community transportation will take you to outside the main gate and we got Ubers very quickly from there. That’s the cheapest way to get around but taxis and private transportation are allowed past the gate. We did feel very safe here as it’s off the beaten road and behind 3 gates with great security. Overall, great stay! Would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Copala. Ronival was a pleasure to deal with. We were met at checkin and walked through the condo which was very helpful. Our conceirge, Gaby, was amazing. Very responsive to all our needs and requests from booking shuttles, making recommendations for activities, it made our stay completely stress free and enjoyable. Amazing cleaning staff weekly! Beautiful gated community and facilities! Thank you to the entire team! We highly recommend their properties!!

Excellent apartment, with everything you need to feel at home, quiet and safe. Very comfortable and quality furniture and accessories. The distance to the attractions is adequate. The hosts' service was always friendly and attentive to needs. I would highly recommend it

This place was perfect for my birthday celebration! I rented for two, but it could easily fit six people comfortably. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was high-quality and gorgeous. I will stay here again and plan to book for my group travel business. When asked where we are staying everyone was so amazed when we said Copala. Villas are VERY close to many of the attractions but I would recommend renting a car for this location because the roads that lead to the resort are long and plentiful, which means amazing views and safety but Ubers cannot come past the security gates. They also provided a light snack upon arrival and bug spray because the flies outside do bite! My only feedback would be to ensure debris and dead bugs are swept from the plunge pool after each rental to reduce the amount of buildup in the bottom of the pool. The plunge pool was clean but did have slight stick and bug debris. Thanks for this amazing stay!

Ronival’s Ocean Breeze FAR exceeded our expectations!! Every aspect of it was perfect. The house was pristine, everything worked beautifully, the layout of the home…everything. Plus, the concierge and the house manager were so so sweet. They instantly answered all of my questions and if they didn’t know the answer, they made sure to find out and let me know. We loved our condo as well as the easy access to the golf course and other Pueblo Bonito resorts. We felt very very safe and enjoyed all the bells and whistles of our stay…the gym, all of the pools and covered parking. Please look no further…this is the place to stay!!

This place was just perfect for my family of four. More space than we needed. The outside patio was great for a carne asada with the grill and the fire pit was awesome. Beautiful views from our master bedroom and living room. The staff was great at check in and check out. Sylvia was our point of contact and she was great. The pools around the facilities were really nice and chill. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
