The Space

Finca las Palmas is a private villa in Colombia’s Coffee Region, ideal for families and groups. Located between Chinchiná and Palestina, the property is surrounded by lush gardens, coffee plants, and panoramic mountain views.

The finca is approximately 40 minutes from Manizales and one hour from Pereira Airport. Nearby attractions include:

• Santa Rosa Hot Springs

The main house combines the character of a traditional coffee hacienda with modern comforts. Wide corridors, abundant natural light, and scenic views create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.

The living room includes a television and high-speed Wi-Fi and connects to a spacious dining area with seating for eight. The fully equipped indoor kitchen features a breakfast bar and is designed for shared meals and cooking.

Bedrooms

The property has three bedrooms:

• Master bedroom with a double bed, sofa, and private bathroom
• Bedroom 2 with a double bed
• Bedroom 3 with two bunk beds featuring double mattresses, ideal for families

Outdoor Kitchen and Social Area

The open-air kitchen is centered around a 4-meter bar overlooking the pool and surrounding hills. It provides a relaxed setting for preparing meals, enjoying fresh air, and spending time together.

The property also includes:

• Private swimming pool
• Covered chill-out area
• Jacuzzi for eight people
• Barbecue area
• Outdoor social kiosk
• Two fully equipped kitchens, including one open-air kitchen

Gardens and Recreation

Finca las Palmas extends across 11,795 square meters of gardens, lawns, and cultivated areas. The grounds include:

• Lemon, avocado, heliconia, mandarin, and banana plants
• An organic garden that changes with the seasons
• A lake with panoramic views
• Green fields
• Sports area
• Small grandstand for family games and outdoor activities
• Fully equipped gym

The eight-person jacuzzi offers mountain views and is especially enjoyable at sunset. A rustic bamboo kiosk, handcrafted for birdwatching, provides a peaceful connection with nature. The best birdwatching times are 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Additional Services

An optional local cook is available for 80,000 COP per day at an additional cost. The cook can prepare traditional Colombian dishes such as:

• Sancocho
• Arepas
• Countryside-style breakfasts

Guest Access

Guests have access to all areas of the property.

Important Information

Las Palmas is home to several adopted dogs who are part of the family. Guests are kindly asked to welcome these friendly companions during their stay.

Please note the following house rules:

• Parties of any kind are prohibited.
• Do not bring additional guests. Fines and security cameras are in place.
• Gunpowder, blank weapons, and balloons with wicks are prohibited.
• Bonfires and smoking near the kiosk are prohibited.
• A speaker is provided, so guests do not need to bring one.
• Parking is available for up to three cars.
• The hydromassage jacuzzi and gym must be requested in advance from the administrator.
• Music must be kept at a moderate volume and is permitted until midnight.
