The Space
This private, gated house sits on 2,000 square meters of land and includes:

The house accommodates up to 15 guests. Bed linens and towels are provided.
The garden is spacious and suitable for families traveling with pets. Dogs incur a fee of $600 per reservation for washing an additional bed cover.
Pool and Air Conditioning
Pool heating and air conditioning are available for an additional cost of $800 per night.
With the boiler, the pool generally reaches:
- 29–32°C during spring and summer
- 28–29°C during autumn and winter, depending on the weather
These temperatures are comparable to those maintained in sports clubs and hotel pools.
Billiards Table
Use of the pool table is optional. A $3,000 security deposit may be requested through Airbnb to cover damage to the felt caused by tearing, spilled liquids, or food stains.
If the felt is undamaged, the deposit will not be requested. Guests who do not wish to use the table can leave it covered.
Guest Access
The entire house is private and is not shared with other guests. The gated subdivision has private security and includes a store.
Guests can enjoy the warm weather, sunshine, swimming pool, and peaceful surroundings. The subdivision also offers access to a clubhouse with tennis courts.
Additional Services
We can put you in contact with a local woman who prepares excellent taquizas. She can also arrange a quesadilla stand at the house, which we highly recommend.

Location
Las Estacas is approximately five minutes away.
Important Information
Guests do not need to clean the house during their stay. The house is cleaned after departure, and guests may leave it in normal weekend-use condition.
Please do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen.
This home is the result of considerable effort by our entire family. We prefer to host families or groups who will take responsibility for caring for the property during their stay.
Youth groups are not accepted.
