Optional All-Inclusive Service
An optional all-inclusive package is available. A private chef can prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the villa, with beer, wine, champagne, freshly squeezed orange juice, soda, bottled water, and maid service included.
To add the all-inclusive option, book the villa and contact the host.

- Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in may be available for $50 per hour if there was no rental the night before your reservation. Payment must be made in cash at check-in.
Late check-out may be available for $50 per hour if there is no rental scheduled for that night. Please notify the host of the number of additional hours requested and pay in cash before 10:00 a.m.
Dining Options
- Option 1: Prepared off-site and delivered, including burgers, pizza, brats, and similar items — $25 per person per day
- Option 2: Prepared at the villa, including a burger bar, taco bar, pizza, brats, and similar items — $40 per person per day
- Option 3: Prepared at the villa and served family-style, including chicken, beef, pork, and similar dishes — $40 per person per day
- Option 4: Prepared at the villa and plated, including fresh seafood, steak, potstickers, and similar dishes — $45 per person per day
- Option 5: Sushi feast prepared at the villa — $70 per person per day
- Option 6: Premium dishes prepared and plated at the villa, including lobster, king crab, Wagyu beef, caviar, and similar items — market price, approximately $160–$200 per person per day
- Breakfast: $30 per person per day
- Lunch: $30 per person per day
Additional Services
- Bartender: $35 per person per hour for standard liquors or $50 per person per hour for premium liquors
- Self-service alcohol: $75 per person per day
- Birthday cake: $60 for 10 people
- Round-trip transportation from Liberia Airport to the villa: $40 per person
- Daily housekeeping: $80 per day
Payment Terms
Fifty percent is due at booking, with the remaining 50% due the day before service.

At the moment we arrived the place shows what it is, beautiful in all words. For me and my family the experience was wonderful. We didn’t want to leave the place. The place is beautiful, quiet, spacious, very well equipped, clean and tidy. We traveled with children, and we really appreciated the space and security. Joe is an excellent host who was always attentive to our queries. The location is perfect, close to everything we need. We will definitely return.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. What an incredible stay! The hosts were so personable and responsive! The house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The pool area is perfect for entertaining. There is a great view of the ocean. We can’t say enough about this location. We will definitely be coming back.

I was on a family trip to Villa Pura Vida and the house was great, with everything needed for both adults and children to enjoy. A beautiful place and the host was always attentive, both to welcome us and to see if we needed anything. The location and ocean view also make it more special.

Beautiful quiet location walkable to beach and restaurant. In a great location. Grocery stores are nearby. We loved our stay and the host was very responsive.
