The Space

This has been our family’s vacation home for decades, and we are delighted to share it with you.

The house accommodates up to 16 guests across five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. An additional bathroom is available in the common areas for convenience.

The main gathering space is an open-air, palm-thatched rancho featuring:

• A dining area
• A living room space
• A kitchen

Outside, guests can enjoy:

• A full-size swimming pool
• A smaller pool suitable for children
• Loungers around the pools
• A covered barbecue area

Charcoal is not provided, so please bring your own.

A second beachfront rancho sits directly at the edge of the sand and includes hammocks and a seating area. It is ideal for relaxing by the water, enjoying an afternoon nap, or watching the sunset over the Pacific.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Bedroom 1: Two queen beds
• Bedroom 2: One queen bed and one full bed
• Bedroom 3: One queen bed and one full bed
• Bedroom 4: Four twin beds
• Bedroom 5: Two full beds

Bed linens and two bath towels per room are provided.

Good to Know

Getting Here

The property entrance has a height clearance of 2.35 meters. Standard cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks can enter without difficulty. Larger buses and oversized vans will not fit, but guests may be dropped off at the gate and park just outside.

Power

Costa del Sol is a coastal area, so occasional power outages may occur. Although these are beyond our control, we always do our best to keep guests comfortable while service is restored.

Connectivity

Wi-Fi is included. If a service issue occurs, we contact our provider immediately to resolve it.

Nature

The property is located on the Pacific coast, where occasional insects are part of the environment. We recommend bringing mosquito repellent, especially during the rainy season from May through October.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving. It is a home kitchen rather than a catering facility, so groups of 12 or more should plan meals accordingly or consider visiting the excellent local restaurants nearby.

Quiet Enjoyment Only

This is a family home. Parties and large social events are not permitted.

The house has direct, private access to the beach.
