The Space
This impressive 800-square-meter home is situated on an 11,200-square-meter lot within Jurasika, an exclusive gated community with 24/7 security. The community includes scenic nature trails, a tennis court, and a six-hole par-3 golf course. Access to the tennis court and golf course is available for an additional fee.

Guest Capacity and Additional Fees

Guest Access
Upon arrival, the housekeeper will welcome you to the property, which will be prepared for your stay. She will assist with unloading and organizing your groceries and belongings so you can settle in comfortably.
Afterward, she will provide a brief introduction to the property, including important information, recommendations, and house guidelines to help ensure a pleasant stay.
The housekeeper will be available until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and will return the following day to continue providing her services.

Excellent property with all the amenities, a spectacular view, surrounded by nature and privacy. The host, Juan David, was always very attentive to any concerns, taking care of every detail from the first communication to checkout. The manager, Yoselin, had a very good, friendly attitude and was incredibly seasoned. 100% recommended.

The property is absolutely stunning—extremely beautiful and impeccably maintained. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. Hands down, this has been one of the best hosting experiences we’ve ever had. The staff was wonderful, and a special thank you to David, Tatiana an Jocelyn they make our short vacation amazing. We went for 4 days, with an adult over 96 years old, and an elderly person with a cane, so we thought the facilities were great, on one level, with no steps at all, very easy to move around with a walker or wheelchair, also a beautiful place, very quiet, with beautiful scenery, good security at the condominium entrance; with super spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good mattresses, Yoselin who was in charge of attending to us in the house, very friendly, willing and with an incredible smile, very happy with her way of serving and cooking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THANK YOU.
