The property is a country house surrounded by nature, so insects such as ants, flies, and mosquitoes may be present. Keeping the spaces clean will help prevent insects from entering the house.

- Visitors and access for anyone other than registered guests are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
- Do not bring glass items or food near the pool area.
- Do not use bath towels in the pool area.
- Do not sit wet or covered in suntan lotion or sunblock on the living room or dining room furniture, or on the beds.
- Do not leave glasses, dishes, food, or drinks in the garden, bedrooms, or any area other than the kitchen.
- Separate garbage into organic and inorganic waste.
- Keep the house, garden, and pool clean.
Pet Rules
- Only one pet is allowed per reservation.
- Pets may not climb onto armchairs, sofas, or beds.
- Guests must collect all pet waste.
- If a pet causes damage to the house, furniture, garden, or any other area of the property, the repair cost will be deducted from the deposit provided at the time of booking.

We had a relaxing stay at this beautiful home. The hosts and Ms. Rocio were very attentive to our needs, allowing us to check in early and check out late. It's one of the most comfortable places we've stayed at with our dogs. The temperature of the pool and jacuzzi was always perfect (86–95 °F). The bedrooms are very spacious for suitcases, the beds are comfortable, and each one has good air conditioning. The rooms and kitchen were very comfortable to use. The TVs in the studio and master bedroom worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi is fast, but unfortunately it doesn't reach the two secondary bedrooms, and for the same reason, the TVs in those rooms don't work either. The shower in the studio has a low-pressure issue, but we didn't have to use it much. The best part of our stay was Rocío's constant support; she is a helpful and kind person, and her entire family assisted us with whatever we needed.

Very happy, the facilities are exactly as they appear in the photos, and Ms. Rocio's service was 10/10—she was always very friendly and attentive. Honestly, I was very satisfied with my stay; my wife enjoyed it a lot. There were just a few minor issues, such as the TVs not having a signal or the lighting at night being a bit poor due to a few burned-out bulbs, but I understand that these are things that happen from time to time. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. I will be back soon!

We loved it, we had hot water in the jacuzzi all the time, the garden is huge, my dog enjoyed the space a lot. The whole house is very clean.

The house is just like the photos, my family and I stayed two nights and 3 days. What we enjoyed the most was the pool area, it was not necessary to pay for heating, but one day it was a little colder because it was cloudy. The house is very warm, and the garden is beautiful, Mariana's attention was very nice and her honesty with the details left us wanting to return. The house is 800 meters from downtown, but you have to walk a little on the main road, but nothing out of the ordinary. If you buy things, you can ask for a motorcycle taxi that charges 25 pesos to the house. The area is super quiet, but the village can have patron saint festivities, which is normal to hear fireworks and the sound of the party at night, so if you are a very light sleeper I recommend earplugs, or you can do what we do, go to the village party hahaha
