Overview
Azul Beach House 🏖 is a spacious tropical property designed for enjoying the ocean breeze and spectacular views. Its comfortable interiors and attractive design make it well suited to family vacations or romantic getaways.
Guests have access to a swimming pool, hot tub, grill, fully equipped kitchen, two beaches, and a restaurant located five minutes away.
The Space
The property accommodates up to 10 guests and includes:
- Four bedrooms
- Eight beds
- Four bathrooms
Main House
The main house includes three bedrooms:
- The first bedroom has one queen-size bed and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- The second bedroom has two full-size beds and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- The third bedroom has two bunk beds, each with a twin-size bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
All bedrooms in the main house provide access to the home’s amenities without requiring guests to use the stairs.
Second-Floor Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features:
- One queen-size bed
- One pull-out sofa
- A private bathroom
- A balcony with views of the sunrise, ideal for enjoying morning coffee
Living Spaces
The open-concept home includes a living room, formal dining area, and kitchen filled with natural light. It offers plenty of space for everyone to relax together after a day at the beach.
Beside the pool, a covered terrace includes:
- Hammocks
- An eight-person dining table
- A sitting area
The terrace and adjacent deck offer ocean breezes and sunset views from comfortable rocking chairs.
The swimming pool and hot tub are just steps away. Staff performs daily maintenance on the pool, outdoor areas, and garden. If you prefer additional privacy, please let the host know in advance.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes the appliances and amenities typically found at home, including a coffee maker and a refrigerator with ample space for groceries.
Dining options include:
- An eight-person dining table inside
- Tables on the covered terrace and deck
- A gas grill outside the main house
Guests are responsible for replenishing the grill’s gas supply.
Additional Information
- As in all coastal areas of El Salvador, power outages may occur due to company maintenance, bad weather, or tropical storms.
- Check-out after 11:00 a.m. incurs an additional charge of $55 per hour unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Access to the additional club area is available for an extra fee.
- Only guests included in the reservation may visit the property.
- Unannounced guests incur a $40 fee.
- Misplaced or lost keys incur a $150 charge.

Great place for a family getaway. As described by the host, there might be some wildlife encounters, but not something that troubled us. Just avoid leaving any food in the outdoors kitchen (raccoons are always around in Atami in general). Salvador was very responsive, and a handyman helped us with some technical difficulties (he is very nice by the way). The pool is great, the rooms comfortable and the air conditioning units worked perfectly.

The house is in good condition, as shown in the photos and information in the listing. Our main problem was the water supply. We reported not having water for the 2 days of our stay, and although someone was sent to check the problem, it was only fixed for a couple of hours and then we were without water again. We spent 15 hours without electricity (which we understand was due to a storm), but imagine spending time without AC, without electricity, not being able to charge anything, and on top of that, not having water (which IS within their control because they told us it had nothing to do with electricity; in fact, we were WITHOUT water even when there was electricity). All of this made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The host took hours to respond. He sent someone to check, and that person was quite rude. We found him with a broom in his hand trying to hit our dog, who was barking at him. This could have been avoided if he had informed me that he was coming.

We had a great stay. The house is lovely and the open plan kitchen was perfect. We enjoyed a BBQ and loved the pool.

Beautiful place in Tamanique. Next to the forest. We saw many types of birds and insects. We will definitely visit again. Good place to stay if you want to go the Tunco beach and atami resort.

This place is like home! If you want to enjoy with your family beach , nature and nightlife this is your place ! I booked this place now 4 times !! And I love it .
