Great place for a family getaway. As described by the host, there might be some wildlife encounters, but not something that troubled us. Just avoid leaving any food in the outdoors kitchen (raccoons are always around in Atami in general). Salvador was very responsive, and a handyman helped us with some technical difficulties (he is very nice by the way). The pool is great, the rooms comfortable and the air conditioning units worked perfectly.

The house is in good condition, as shown in the photos and information in the listing. Our main problem was the water supply. We reported not having water for the 2 days of our stay, and although someone was sent to check the problem, it was only fixed for a couple of hours and then we were without water again. We spent 15 hours without electricity (which we understand was due to a storm), but imagine spending time without AC, without electricity, not being able to charge anything, and on top of that, not having water (which IS within their control because they told us it had nothing to do with electricity; in fact, we were WITHOUT water even when there was electricity). All of this made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The host took hours to respond. He sent someone to check, and that person was quite rude. We found him with a broom in his hand trying to hit our dog, who was barking at him. This could have been avoided if he had informed me that he was coming.

We had a great stay. The house is lovely and the open plan kitchen was perfect. We enjoyed a BBQ and loved the pool.

Beautiful place in Tamanique. Next to the forest. We saw many types of birds and insects. We will definitely visit again. Good place to stay if you want to go the Tunco beach and atami resort.

This place is like home! If you want to enjoy with your family beach , nature and nightlife this is your place ! I booked this place now 4 times !! And I love it . Come with your family you won’t regret it. The place is clean and it has everything that you need . Thank you Sal and thank you Don hector for all your help.
