The Space
Casa 29 is a centrally located condo that offers a fun and family-friendly atmosphere. It is within walking distance of the world-famous Tamarindo surfing beach, as well as shops and restaurants. This cozy and peaceful retreat provides a perfect place to start and end your daily adventures.
The unit is part of the Villa Verde 2 complex, situated on a quiet residential street about a seven-minute walk from the beach via a dirt road. The complex features two swimming pools, parking, and 24-hour security.
Inside, there are two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a full-size bed and its own bathroom. Both bedrooms come with outdoor balconies, air conditioning units, ceiling fans, dressers, and closets for ample storage.
The downstairs living area is designed for comfort, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring or preparing for your next outing. It includes a couch with a foldout bed. The open-concept space features a fully equipped kitchen and a large bartop-style dining table, which also serves as a spacious workspace with high-speed internet for remote work. A Smart TV is available in the living area.
Guests staying more than six nights have access to a washer and dryer located in a mudroom. Please note the condo is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
The property is managed by a local company that provides on-site support and concierge services, including assistance with transportation and tour bookings.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo, outdoor pools, and outside dining areas. The washer and dryer are also available for use by guests staying longer than six nights.
To protect the appliances, please rinse off any sand from clothing before using the washer. An outdoor shower is conveniently located just off the covered patio area.

The apartment is very cozy and located within a nice, well-situated condominium; a short walk takes you to the beach and also to the shopping center. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to prepare meals, the bathrooms are good, and the air-conditioned rooms are a big help in the local heat. We really enjoyed it!

We had an amazing stay here. It’s very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. It’s a calm area that feels very safe. The apartment had everything we needed. The people working here are also super friendly. We would definitely go back!

Family of 4, my partner and our two young children stayed for 10 days. Being on the ground floor was perfect for pool access and easy with the kids and our stroller. We brought a claw high chair which went on the table no problem as well as a pack and play fit perfectly in the larger room with us. Central location made it seem less for beach days and to get anything we needed from the centre of tamarindo. We really enjoyed out stay.
